General Job Requirements
- Must pass a background check
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends
- Strong class and group management skills
- CPR and First Aid certification required within the first 30 days
- Experience preferred but not required for many entry level roles
Position Opportunities
Recreational Class Coach
- Experience working with children of various ages and abilities preferred
- Coaching experience not required but a passion for kids is a must
- Energetic, positive, and enthusiastic about helping children grow
Impact Warrior Coach (Ninja & Parkour)
- Ideal for individuals who enjoy parkour, tricking, and obstacle based training
- Assist in building and growing our Ninja Warrior program
- Teach agility, strength, and coordination in a fun and safe environment
Advanced Tumbling and Cheer Coach
- Experience working with multiple ages and skill levels required
- Previous cheer, tumbling, or gymnastics coaching experience required
- Able to teach skills from tucks through fulls
- Passionate about athlete development and skill progression
Dance Coach
- Experience in hip hop, jazz, pom, or related dance styles preferred
- Passionate about building confidence through movement
- Able to create fun, age appropriate choreography
- Positive, encouraging, and high energy personality
- Comfortable working with various ages and ability levels
- Availability for evenings and or weekends
- Competitive team coaching experience is a plus
Front Desk Staff
- Enjoys interacting with parents and athletes
- Comfortable answering phones and handling customer questions
- Organized, dependable, and a quick learner
- Availability for evenings and weekends
Activity Program Coach
- Well organized and experienced working with children
- Able to manage groups while remaining compassionate and patient
- Energetic, outgoing, and responsible
Van Driver (After School Program)
- Clean driving record with experience transporting children
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable communicating with parents and staff
- CPR certification and background check required
Party Host
- High energy, fun loving, and confident working with kids
- Responsible for setup, hosting, and cleanup of birthday parties
- Engaging, organized, and focused on guest experience
- Weekend availability required
Events Coach
- Available Friday evenings and select weekends
- Lead Fun Friday, Toddler Time, Parents’ Night Out, and special events
- Energetic and enthusiastic with strong leadership skills
- Comfortable supervising large groups and leading games
- Reliable and able to follow event plans and safety procedures
- Previous experience working with children preferred
