General Job Requirements

• Must pass a background check
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends when needed
• Strong class and group management skills
• CPR and First Aid certification required within the first 30 days
• Experience is preferred but not required for many entry-level positions

Recreational Class Coach

• Experience working with children of different ages and abilities is preferred
• Previous coaching experience is not required
• Must be energetic, positive, and excited to help children grow

Impact Warrior Coach

• Ideal for someone who enjoys ninja, parkour, tricking, and obstacle-based training
• Help build and grow our Impact Warriors program
• Teach agility, strength, balance, and coordination in a fun and safe environment
• Must be energetic, dependable, and comfortable leading groups of children

Advanced Tumbling and Cheer Coach

• Experience coaching multiple ages and skill levels is required
• Previous cheer, tumbling, or gymnastics coaching experience is required
• Must be able to safely teach skills from tucks through fulls
• Passionate about athlete development and proper skill progression

Dance Coach

• Experience in hip hop, jazz, pom, or similar dance styles is preferred
• Able to create fun and age-appropriate choreography
• Positive, encouraging, and high-energy personality
• Comfortable coaching different ages and ability levels
• Competitive team coaching experience is a plus

Front Desk Staff

• Enjoys interacting with parents and athletes
• Comfortable answering phones and assisting customers
• Organized, dependable, and able to learn quickly
• Evening and weekend availability may be required

Activity Program Coach

• Organized and experienced working with children
• Able to manage groups while remaining patient and compassionate
• Energetic, outgoing, dependable, and responsible

After-School Van Driver

• Clean driving record and experience transporting children
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable communicating with parents and staff
• Background check and CPR certification required

Party Host

• High-energy, fun, and confident working with children
• Responsible for party setup, hosting, and cleanup
• Organized and focused on creating a great guest experience
• Weekend availability is required

Events Coach

• Available Friday evenings and select weekends
• Help lead Daytime Playtime, Parents’ Night Out, and special events
• Energetic with strong leadership and group-management skills
• Comfortable supervising groups and leading games and activities
• Able to follow event plans and safety procedures
• Previous experience working with children is preferred
