Cheer Prep Class

Returns December 4th • $70 per month • $25 registration fee

The Cheer Prep Class helps athletes gain the foundational skills needed for school cheerleading. Athletes work on jumps, motions, and spiriting to improve sharpness and confidence for tryouts or game days.

This class is perfect for beginners exploring cheer for the first time or current school cheerleaders wanting to sharpen their skills.

Note: This is not a tumbling class — all work is cheer specific.

Impact Homeschool Movement Class

First class December 5th • $60 per month • $25 registration fee

The Impact Homeschool Movement Class is a structured PE-style fitness class designed specifically for homeschool families. Kids stay active while building strength, agility, coordination, and confidence.

Each class includes:

  • Warm ups and stretching
  • Fun challenges 
  • Strength and conditioning stations
  • Basic tumbling and body control drills
  • Team-based movement games

This is a non competitive class designed for movement, fitness, and fun.
