Cheer Prep & Cheer Flex Classes

Cheer Prep Class

Our Cheer Prep Class is designed to help athletes build the foundational skills needed to succeed in school cheerleading. This class focuses on jumps, motions, and spiriting to improve technique, sharpness, and confidence.

Note: This is not a tumbling class — athletes will focus on cheer-specific skills, not learning tumbling progressions.

Whether preparing for tryouts or simply exploring the sport, our supportive coaches are here to guide each athlete every step of the way!

Cheer Flex Class

Our Cheer Flex Class is focused on developing flexibility, strength, body control, and jump technique — skills essential for competitive cheerleading. Flyers work on perfecting body positions like heel stretches, scorpions, and scales, while bases build the strength, stability, and range of motion they need to support, lift, and catch confidently.

Although designed with competitive athletes in mind, this class is also a great way for school cheerleaders to improve their flexibility, clean up their motions, and make their jumps higher and sharper — giving them an edge for tryouts and game-day performance.

Note: This is not a stunting class. Athletes will not be lifted — the focus is on individual flexibility, jumps, and strength.
