Step 2: Complete the Application

Completing our application is required for Team Placement Evaluations. A deposit is required to register.
(Deposit will be applied to your assessment fees).
 Register by March 15th to receive early bird pricing.

THE FIRST 10 FAMILIES TO REGISTER RECEIVE A FREE GIFT!

Step 3: Attend Team Placement Evaluations 

Your completed application registers your athlete for our
Team Placement Evaluations on:
May 18th at 9 AM - 10:30 AM & May 19th at 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM
Athletes 5 & Over MUST ATTEND BOTH DAYS!
